You are your best advocate
I strongly believe in patient's right to choose where and from whom they receive care. The client populations I serve have often had negative, uncomfortable, or even traumatic experiences with the mental health system. Knowledge is power, and I am committed to making sure you are aware of your rights, and advocating with and for you as a provider.
As a licensed mental health provider in the state of New Hampshire, I am required to provide patients the New Hampshire Mental Health Bill of Rights. This document provides you with the information you need to navigate care in an empowered way.

Payment
Payment is accepted in the form of cash, check, credit/debit card, or HSA card. I am also a registered Education Freedom Account provider and can accept EFA funds as payment for services.
Out of pocket cost for equine-facilitated therapy is $170/session.
Out of pocket cost for telehealth therapy is $125/session.
If you are insured and wish to seek reimbursement through your out of network benefits, a superbill will be provided upon request.
